As a charity, we are very proud of our Balanced Lives programmes.
We run these simple but effective health programmes up and down the UK. They deal with physical, mental and social wellbeing and are all about taking control of your health during later years.
Balanced Lives is a unique and complete programme: with a blend of gentle exercise designed to get people mobile, become part of a local community and build self-confidence. We have had some truly amazing results in helping people turn their lives around. So far we have helped more than 1200 people achieve increased mobility while tackling the growing issue of loneliness and isolation in later life.
