Balanced Lives Zumba Sessions
A New Balanced Lives Initiative.
Our popular Balanced Lives activities are the complete package for the older community: they include indoor and outdoor exercise along with a wide range of social events and meeting groups.
We are now expanding the range of our Balanced Lives activities even further to include Zumba Gold.
What is Zumba Gold?
Zumba Gold is a lower-intensity version of the typical high octane Zumba exercise class. It is designed to meet the anatomical, physiological and psychological needs of older people. It has numerous health benefits and is especially good for strengthening the cardiovascular system.
Our Zumba Gold exercise sessions are delivered by expert fitness coach and nutrition expert Kerry Sanson.
Balanced Lives – Keeping You Fit and Healthy
At Action For Elders we are constantly looking for new ways to keep people fit and healthy. This new initiative is a wonderful addition to our exercise portfolio which also includes walking groups and Tai Chi classes for all fitness levels or health issues.
